“Dinner with family. Since we had seven the host wanted to seat us in the bar. It was ok but I would have preferred the atmosphere of the main dining area. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and the service was good. I had the salmon and it was terrific. I’m kinda fussy about food temperature so my only wish would be that it was just a touch hotter. The presentation was excellent...see photo. This is a very good choice for a high end meal or important occasion. It’s s busy hotel under renovation for the rooms that remain to be finished. The happy hour drinks and food for hotel guests is hard to beat from 5:30 to 7:30. The morning free breakfast was also a hit according to my family.”

“What an amazing experience. We toured about 5 venues before we came across this one. None of them had that "wow" factor that we where hoping for. Once we set up an appointment and met with the hotels catering manager (wedding planner in our book), we knew this was where we had to get married. From start to finish, color combos, questions and concerns... Allie knew it all! It was like planning our dream day with a best friend. She got to know us first and then gave us some background on herself. Her genuine thoughtfulness and ideas where something we took to heart. You could tell she wanted the best for us. From budget spending, food choices and DJ preference, we had no doubt in our mind that she was thinking about our taste and best interest in mind. If you're looking for someone who: -Understands your needs -Listens to EVERYTHING you say -Helps you budget and get organized -AND fits everything you "must have" into your spending limit while also making you feel valued... ALLIE should be your first choice at the Embassy Suites/Minneapolis Airport. We loved every minute we spent at this hotel.”
