One small non-emergency they were at my apartment first thing the next morning and Nate from the office followed up with me. Beautiful, well kept property. Excited to have heated underground for winter. Club house is great sizzle! Love the pools and exercise equipment.”

“A hidden gem, the building is older but well maintained by the excellent staff. Every time something came up the rental office got back to me promptly. The community is fantastic and the only issue I ever had was with the internet service provider (but Northstar Telecom did improve in the last year). Overall if you're looking for a great place to live look no further. I lived here for a little over two years and would continue if circumstances were different!”

“We have expanded our operations two times since we leased out first office space from JGM in 2011. Eli and Jay have been great to work with. I have no complaints. Their construction crews are easy to work with and all work was done per plan and on time. The very few times we needed maintenance support, the response was excellent. I would highly recommend leasing from JGM.”

“I have been calling them off and on for weeks and no one picks up the phone. I left vm and nothing. But i took that as a sign if they cant even pick up the phone for potential residents then i know they wont pick up if i moved there... Edit 2: As of today i have talk to someone and now when i call i do get answer..:)”

“We’ve experienced the best customer service at Genesee than any apartment we’ve lived at. Every single staff member (office, maintenance, cleaning) is polite, friendly, motivated, genuine, and has a good work ethic. The interior of the building is always clean and quiet. The exterior landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The residents are mature and pleasant. It’s just a really professional, well-run operation from top to bottom. We’ve lived in a variety of apartments, so we have other buildings to compare it to and know the good stuff when we see it!”
