“I've only used the drive-thru here. Because of it's proximity to where I frequent, I've been here many times in the last few months. My experience is always the same. When I get to the order spot, I always need to wait a minute or two before they're ready. Then, when I get to the pay window, I wait another minute until someone comes to take my payment. It's unusual, because of the odd timing of delays, but the fact is that it doesn't actually affect how soon the food is ready. The staff are always friendly to me and helpful, and when I do get to the food window there's practically no wait. I'm pretty sure my experiences are due to the fact that I always visit around the same time, which is probably between shifts. And other burger joints usually rush people through the lane and then make you wait at the last window or in a pull-ahead spot. I didn't write this to complain about it! It's just a heads up, in case you experience the same thing. Just take the moments to chill.”
