I originally placed a small order online for some racks for my garage. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from a rep who was reviewing my order. They found I could save some money with a different shipping option. Saved me about $70. The shipping company they used had great communication. The only hiccup during the process was that the shipping company couldn't use their lift gate. The racks were too long and were attached to 2 pallets. Everything arrived safely and in good condition. If I ever need more racks, I wouldn't even waste my time with anybody other than them.

I have purchase used pallet racks from AK/Pallet Rack Now on several occasions and have always been satisfied. Pricing is fair and they are very quick to get the shelving ready at their Maple Grove, MN location. I used the racks for my storage sheds and have also given Pallet Rack Now's name to several of my customers who have larger warehouses. Good people, good company, and good products.

I was looking for 1 extra piece of pallet racking to add on to our racking system.

To top it off, they are located in my area, we picked it up, no shipping charges.
The upright was ready and waiting for us when we got there.
