(June 10, 2019, 8:26 pm)I made a mistake with my order on a late sunday night and used their chat function and I got a reply at almost 10 PM (I placed order only 15 minutes earlier). Next day order was ready with a handwritten note on it for local pickup. They adjusted my order and made sure everything was taken care of fulfillment wise and payment wise. Install was surprisingly easy, once I figured out the flexible bands on the lower levels of my spice racks. Ordered a big one for sauce jars and soup cans and a smaller one for spices. I'm tempted to buy more for my 22" deep cabinets. Thank you Vertical spice!

Having never seen the product in person, I was worried about the quality of materials & workmanship. However, after getting it home and looking at it, both my wife and I are VERY impressed with the quality and build. If you're in the market for one, I highly recommend buying one from Vertical Spice. Very well built!
