They like to examine the thoughts and beliefs that lead to your choices, and help you figure out better ways of making choices to promote self-care such as journaling, having a strong support system, and staying connected to people. I have never had any issues with personal information, and I have never had issues with insurance, except when my insurance company itself is playing hardball with me. I thoroughly enjoy coming, as they help me stay whole.
