(July 28, 2020, 12:15 am)First class bike shop. Incredible service and product knowledge. I've been taking my bike here since I moved to the area and they usually have same day turn around for anything other than a full tune up. Their prices are also incredibly fair. Seems like a bike shop driven by people passionate about cycling which is always welcome and very refreshing while many shops are cliquey and pretentious.

(June 23, 2020, 2:36 pm)I've gone in for repairs/service a few times over the past month, and everything's been super quick and affordable. Everyone I've talked to has been really nice, and I'm sure the in-store experience is great too. The only gripe I have is that it's difficult to get updates on anything special-ordered. They'll either forget about you, or not call back when scheduled. I'm still going to keep going here to get my bike fixed, or to buy things they have in stock, but I might try to fill those orders somewhere else.

I found a perfect bike and am so grateful to have worked with Greg -- he was kind, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. We will be back for more!
