Freewheel Bike Richfield

This is one of the easiest 5 stars I will give. Freewheel Bike, specifically the Richfield location, has been outstanding in their service even during the busiest time of their shop's history. I needed my bike to be re-cabled and tires setup tubeless in a rapid turnaround, and they stayed an hour after close to work on my bike. Even better, they did it with a smile and let me hang around until finished. Tom Lais, one of the shop employees, conversed with me about stories and lessons regarding bikes, adventure, and life. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I will be returning to this shop for my bike needs from now on. As someone who has been to 10+ shops in the Twin Cities, this has been my favorite! Thanks for the awesome service!

Jamie was so helpful as I was looking for a new road bike. He had a wealth of knowledge to share and I appreciated that he made me feel comfortable to ask questions. I was impressed by how quickly my bike was ready to go and appreciated Jamie's help getting me fitted for the bike. I'm so happy with my purchase and feel like I got great equipment. I also like knowing that I can always come back in for adjustments or repairs. I will absolutely recommend Freewheel to my friends looking to upgrade their bike or just get started in the sport!

This is my neighborhood bike shop and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. In the past, I’ve bought a bike, a carrier for my car and various other equipment and they always take the time to help me make the best choices with friendly, experienced, expert advice. Recently I needed help with equipment I had bought elsewhere and received the same level of service. An excellent bike shop!

Great customer service! Super friendly and informed. My partner and I are novice bike riders and they answered all our questions with a genuine caring attitude. We were not rushed with put out attitudes. EVERY time we have been there, same caring friendly service. (4 times) I'm so use to impatient, bored, put out sales people that I was shocked to come across a caring, pro active representative sales person. This is what sales service use to be like, so impressed. That's why I'm in favor of small businesses.
