“I moved into my apartment at Diamond Lake Properties (DLP), Minneapolis in 1994. In November of this year, I will have lived in my “apartment home” for the last 28 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Being close to a drug store, grocery store, gas station, bus route, restaurants, and freeways is a big plus living at DLP too. Over the years we have had numerous apartment managers. All have been very good, but I have to say, Tracy who is here now, may be the best manager yet. When things need to be fixed, Tracy listens and gets it done. I hope she never leaves! The driveway from the street to the parking lot in the back of the building and the parking lot itself has had potholes develop over the last year or so. The daily traffic from the parking lot to the street and our Minnesota winters have not helped matters. But recently, both the driveway and the parking lot were repaved and restriped! Thank you to the owner of Diamond Lake Properties for fixing our parking lot!”

I got a fantastic cut and color, the best I’ve gotten in years. The salon is clean and beautiful, they were on time, and even were able to fit me in last minute (I made the appointment at like 8pm the night before online). I can’t say enough good things about Tanya and the salon, and would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“I miss the old (very old) booths but the new set up is nice and the food was great. The malts actually have enough malted in them, even without asking for extra they taste like malt which is not true basically anywhere else. We’re glad they have an impossible burger option which was great, the salad was fresh and well dressed, the live guitarist was good not too loud, and service was fast and very friendly despite being a busy Friday night. Fun to bring my kid somewhere I went as a kid.”

“We loved living at Zest! Great location - walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, and Minihaha Creek. The second floor apartments facing the gas station have huge balconies (enough for an 8 person patio table and raised garden bed), the open concept layout makes entertaining easy, and we rarely heard our neighbors. Jonathon is an amazing manager and super helpful! The only reason we left was because we bought a house :)”

“Lake Harriet is THE SPOT! I mean there is DO much to do here its a full day hang out. First, you got the lake of course, which is so beautiful that just sitting by the water and listening to the waves is truly a blessing. Then the food menu is top notch! Your out of the sun when you order the food which is great! The picnic areas are clean and neatly put together. The trails are wide and open. No moving off the side for the on coming person 😃 and the parking lots are decently sized, and there is multiple parking lots, so if 9ne is filled there is another one next door! If you want a family day in the sun, this is the place!”
