“Everything was handled professionally from move-in day to move-out day. Its a smaller company, so everybody you work with throughout your tenancy is someone you recognize. They took their time with me through the lease signing to make sure I fully understood exactly what i was getting myself into. That was a big deal to me, because its not my first time renting, but other companies seem to rush through that phase, leaving me hardly knowing what I had just signed. haha. Had a few service calls done while I lived there, and it doesn't take long for a response. So i had no issues there. Rent was pretty affordable for me, so that was nice. A few times the building would get a little messy, or someone would spill something in the hallway, any they would pretty quickly sent a janitor over to clean it up before it became a problem. Most importantly i did actually end up getting the vast majority of my damage deposit back. I was a pretty clean tenant, and didn't know what to expect, but I got it.”
