“Dr. Smith is an awesome doctor. Being seen by him is unlike going to a typical doctor's office these days. When I went to Dr. Smith, he spent nearly an hour with me, first listening to me about my problem and then doing an examination. This is unlike going to most doctors who have the nurse do almost everything and then spend at most 5 minutes with you. He doesn't accept insurance, so he can spend his time caring for his patients instead of doing paperwork. “I have been going here for several months and have found Dr. Chellen to be very kind and attentive. He really takes the time to learn what your issues are and uses a variety of techniques to "adjust" your areas of concern. I have gone to several chiropractors in my (longish) life and he is great for those who fear the "crack' of some kinds of adjustments as he generally can correct the problem without that technique although he does have the knowledge of that technique and uses it judiciously. The location is very convenient and you park just a few steps from his door. ALSO, HE AND HIS WIFE (Dr. Levin) TAKE COVID VERY SERIOUSLY! Which I greatly appreciate. Masking is necessary and vaccinations are important.”

“Wonderful pilates studio with a great instructor. Pilates is a great low impact way to get active - especially if you are just starting out. And Bodiology is a great place to learn. The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her! Check out her Groupon specials for beginners, but make sure the times work for you before purchasing :).”

As a first time mother, you're always nervous to leave your children in someone else care, but the teachers at KinderCare made that a smooth and easy transition by sending updates during the day and checking-in to ensure that all was well on our end. The teachers at this location are wonderful, you can tell they care for every kid that walks through the door. You can tell its a very loving environment and a great place for your children to grow.
