(March 20, 2020, 10:11 am)Love this place! My fave - the trampolines! Oh - and how I feel when I leave a class. My legs shake - but for all the right reasons. The ambiance is amazing - cozy, clean, uplifting. Highly recommend classes at Balanced Barre!

The full body work-out you get at Balanced Barre is incredible, and I always leave feeling great! I highly recommend Balanced Barre.
(January 22, 2018, 9:48 pm)Balanced Barre is amazing! The instructors are so helpful, and make sure that you’re in great form so that you can shake to change! The music and new moves keep every class fresh and new! Definitely a full body workout! I would recommend to anyone!
