I've been doing hair strand tests here for about a year now and UAs two years prior they are kind and consistent and helpful.
There was one instance where I was a little disappointed when the price of the hair strand test raised in price quite alot and I wasn't told until my appointment but besides that I'm happy they are helping me through my recovery journey.

I just got my IgM antibody test done here and had a very good experience. The turnaround time is fast and staffs are friendly and helpful. I pre communicated with them via email that I need an electrical record, and they had no problem of providing that. Huge thanks to Dottie! For ppl who are traveling to China (IgM test is a requirement), my report was accepted by consulate and I got on my flight successfully last week.

I was in and out less than 15 minutes. The staff were polite and professional. They have a very inviting office and a clean facility.
