Pros:

- Very good selection. I've bought many kits and they were well packed, labeled, and had good instructions.
- Prices are just alright, but I only buy during sales.
- Quick replies to messages.
- Owned by Northern Brewer so kits are identical, but for some reason, Midwest is cheaper.

Cons:
- Shipping can be slow. They do say to wait 3-5 days, but I really don't get why it takes so long, unless they are getting hundreds of orders every day and was short staffed.

Well organized and super customer service. My husband found what he needed. Not too visible from the road but directions were easy to follow.

If you make your own wine or brew your own beer, you need to see this place. They have everything you need. This is my new favorite store.

Wonderful place! Knowledgable, helpful staff. If you want to learn to brew beer, this is the place to go! They have kits that let you brew hundreds of kinds of beer. Enjoy the brewing.
