“My husband and I moved my mom from Florida, her home of 26 years. My father had passed away and we wanted her close to us. She stayed with us for over a year. We knew it was time for her to get her own place. She had never lived alone in 78 years. This was a very scary move for her. We had heard of Tradition from a neighbor who had friends that lived there, and loved it! Not only was it only minutes from our home, but a beautiful place inside and out. My husband and I went and met with staff a few times prior to deciding this was the place to move mom. Every time we went, there were residents that were outside sitting together and always welcomed us with a smile. They looked happy! Staff was absolutely great! They went over everything with us. The apartment we chose was big, bright and cheerful. We knew this was the place. This was a HUGE life change for mom. She was definitely scared about moving out on her own to this new place. We got her moved in and within the week she sounded like a new person! She was so happy to be there. She loved her new home and friends she was making. We talk daily and she always is filling us in on her wonderful meals she is having and the new friends she has met that day. It has been such a comfort knowing mom is happy, active and safe in her new home.”

While he’s absolutely amazing at this aspect of his job, where he really shines is the personal touch he provides during the conversation. I will absolutely be returning in the near future for another shave and haircut. I’ve decided that it was such an overwhelmingly positive experience, I will have to start coming on a monthly basis.
