I had a question about the quality of a record and the owner, I believe his name was Adam, put it on the record player to give it a spin so I could hear it. When I was checking out, Adam saw some of the prices on a few of the items I had in hand and was like, “what!? Who priced this stuff!?” And willingly gave me a better deal on the items without me even asking. I knew the stuff was a bit high priced and never asked for the discount, he just did it. This is a true reflection of character. this kind of customer service is what makes me want to keep coming back to a record store. I may live 800mi away and only come through that area once a year, but he can expect to see me every time I’m in the area.”

“I'm a huge fan of The Dollar Tree for cheap teaching supplies and quick kid presents. As far as Dollar Trees go, you will always find some interesting characters. The Richfield location is no exception. I've definitely had to wait a LONG time multiple times. However, it is usually the customer, not the employee. For example, I waited 12 minutes last week because a woman's debit card wasn't working. It was clear it was declined because of her and the store was too nice to just tell her. That was sweet but also, probably needed to consider the other patrons. Overall, the employees are nice and they do a good job of restocking.”
