“Probably my favorite Caribou. The parking/ entering/ exiting of the parking lot can get complicated. Nice spot to walk or bike too when you are near the lake. The staff is so incredibly friendly. “I went to this store last week as I was passing through town. I had a question about the quality of a record and the owner, I believe his name was Adam, put it on the record player to give it a spin so I could hear it. When I was checking out, Adam saw some of the prices on a few of the items I had in hand and was like, “what!? Who priced this stuff!?” And willingly gave me a better deal on the items without me even asking. I knew the stuff was a bit high priced and never asked for the discount, he just did it. This is a true reflection of character. this kind of customer service is what makes me want to keep coming back to a record store. I may live 800mi away and only come through that area once a year, but he can expect to see me every time I’m in the area.”
