“Awesome people to deal with I had the computer with drone mobile installed in my silverado they had it installed in a few hours of dropping my truck off I love the fact I can start my truck from across the country ( I'm a otr truck driver) my truck spends weeks sitting in the yard and I can monitor my battery life and it has a timer for the truck to run 25 min then shuts off so I can warm or cool it off before I even get to the yard. Not having to wait for my truck to defrost this winter is going to be great. Prices are very reasonable and they are very informative on the equipment . Thanks for the great service. I love my truck even more now.”

When we walked in I noticed a bunch of tables hadn’t been cleared yet but a staff person was slowly cleaning them up. By the time we got our food they were fine. It is a bit chilly in the restaurant for my taste. A good fast food option.”

Prior to our first showroom visit, I read reviews from many different brands, asked friends about what they liked about their hot tubs, and read "professional" spa experts articles. Our first showroom to visit was Hot Springs in Plymouth. Mike was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job. He asked great questions to pinpoint the best spa (size/layout) for our family. He helped us to appreciate their quality and why their spa's are so different from others. I'm glad we started our visits with Hot Springs because when we visited other brands it was clear to us that the others were subpar. Not even close. We paid a little bit more, but it was so worth it. As for customer service...beyond 5 stars. I called numerous times with questions and each person went above and beyond. A few even gave me their personal cell number in case I had a question after hours. Keep in the mind, they weren't my salesperson. The hot tub materials are of the highest quality. I'd strongly recommend buying a Hot Springs product.”

“This is more ignoring the market and focusing on the deli. The market is a high 2 stars with all the barren and dirty shelves. Pretty interesting Asian foodstuff in those shelves though, so with a gander just to see what's available. The deli is in the back with an eating area closer to the front. Order, get ticket and food/drinks, pay at front register. I ordered to eat in and they have a lot of different sauces to taste with the food. The chicken and noodles I ordered was really good, large portion, and very filling, a great value for the price. I also ordered a vanilla drink and it was surprisingly good. Definitely will stop there again for food.”
