“I brought my 1-yo new dog of about two weeks, Doris, for some potential heart worm disease post-treatment concerns. We came early in the morning (5:30am) after calling from home to check on availability. We were the first ones there and we were seen as promptly as we were promised (within a half hour of our initial phone call.) We left right around an hour and a half after they looked her over and took our fecal sample for tests. She was diagnosed with hook worm and prescribed medication which they kindly sent over to be filled by the nearby Animal Humane Society (which fills RX for free within 14 days of adoption of their rescues.) Overall service was quick and courteous. The only minor qualm I had was lack of detailed information on hookworm from the vet and that she didn’t try to hide that she was in a hurry; our conversation was a bit quick. I respect that this is probably just the way a vet must become when dealing with emergency services and potentially emotional pet owners. The vet tech who worked with us also made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly, before discharge. Price-wise, they’re on the higher end compared to a couple of other places I checked but I paid no more than expected as they gave me options throughout the visit. I would recommend them if your pet is in need. Just make sure you truly have the ability to pay and remember that a pet ER is similar to one for humans; sometimes, you have to wait long for more sever cases to go first and it is pricier than a normal vet visit.”

“I held the door open for an elderly gentleman and waited 10 minutes for breakfast to end so I could order a quarter pounder meal. As time ticked down to 10:30am the place was crawling with very happy and joyful elderly people who carried on their conversations and all seemed to be in a general good mood. I think I'll have lunch there again tomorrow.”

“We could not say enough good things about Dr. Sven and feel we hit the jackpot to have found him for our two dogs, one very young & one very old. He has given us such sound, sensible and spot on advice for our Italian Greyhounds, who's needs vary because of age. He is never too busy to respond to an email or phone message. The staff is amazing as well, very friendly and knowledgable.”

“Caring staff was able to fit my dog in even tho she was a new "patient." Vet was very knowledgeable and didn't run a bunch of expensive tests, which is what I was expecting him to do to figure out what was going on with my senior dog. Dr diagnosis was spot on, pancreatitis, and the medicines worked well so that my pup was feeling better in no time! A bit pricey for exam and 3 medications, but of course you get what you pay for in quality of care and I definitely felt the quality of care was excellent! Recommend!”

“My dog Molly has been suffering from chronic ear infections and itchiness for 4+ years. She has had multiple vet visits and said it was from her floppy ears and moisture. They said it was common for her breed (Shorkie). She was treated with ear drops that only treated the inflammation but not the underlying problem. I was recommended Dr Globus. If only we had known about her years ago, I could have saved my Molly years of misery. When she did her assessment on Molly I knew we were in the right place and she was gonna take care of my little girl. She literally sat on the floor with Molly making friends!!! Molly’s ears and paws were positive for yeast. She sent us home with a regime and a month later returned to the clinic. Molly is no longer having any issues and we are pretty sure the culprit causing her issues is the chicken in her diet. Dr Globus didn’t put Molly through allergy testing right off the bat and instead did process of elimination. In one month we had our answers! She is amazing and truly cares about our fur babies! She even took the time to call me half way through Molly’s treatment plan to see how she was doing. I highly recommended Dr. Globus and am very thankful for what she did for us! She fixed a problem we have been dealing with for years in just a month! Thank you Dr Globus and your team! 😊❤️”

“I've brought my dog here as well as a foster dog that I was fostering for MARS. Their vets and vet techs are super nice. They all seem to genuinely love animals and enjoy working together. I believe they are non-profit because they are connected to the rescue. This amounts to lower, more reasonable costs for care. This is also why I am super flexible with them if there are times that I have to wait for care. They try to see as many animals as they can. They are doing wonderful work, giving care to animals who are rescues and for those that need lower costs for vet care.”

“Excellent vets. I've been going there for about 8 years. All of the staff are caring and knowledgeable. They really get to know you. I have an unusual last name that's not pronounced nothing like the way you might guess. The staff know me so well that when I call them up and state my name, they know exactly who I am and who my cats are. If your pet gets sick, they offer you options and pricing so that you can make your own decision. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“This first portion of the review is just based on our initial visit. Due to covid-19 I could not actually enter The Establishment, the staff was amazing at handling everything over the phone and safely wearing a mask out of the building to pick up my dog. They set up an action plan to help us get her skin issues under control and so far I feel very confident that we are heading down the right path. I will need to update this review in a few months as her skin issues are not something that will be resolved overnight, but the friendliness of the staff and the safety precautions they are taking at this time are enough for me to want to review them and give a 5-star rating thus far. I will update my review in a few months with how the progress is going on her sores.”
