“Train-x workouts are super tough. But what I like about them is that they are catered to each individual athlete's sport and position. For example: Baseball players will do baseball workouts designed to increase arm strength & agility. Football players will do football exercises designed for footwork & speed. The trainer even gets "position" specific (footwork drills for QB's, speed for RB's, etc.). I started working out at Train-X when I was 14-21 years old and Terry helped prepared my body for a Division 1 scholarship as a Quarterback. You can work out in groups or individually. I always preferred group workouts cause it pushed me to compete with the other guys/girls in my group. I'd recommend this type of personal training for athletes and/or anybody who wants to achieve their fitness goals (weight loss, muscle build, etc.). Overall, amazing value for the price!”
