Great experience at the Test drive. Loved the service there. The facility is really nice.

Friendly, knowledgeable, definitely not pushy. They seem to understand that you know what you want and when you want it and do their best to make it possible.

I originally went to the Eden Prairie Tesla and will leave a review there as well. This location ended up taking the delivery of my Tesla after both locations coordinated to get me a car as fast as possible. The dedication and customer service between those two stores was phenomenal. I was called at every step along the way. When there was a paperwork error on my bank's end for a car I was trading in, they let me know and they also let me know I wouldn't need to do anything. They were already on the case and resolved the issue in the same day. They also called and told me that it might take an extra day because the truck delivering the car was a bit late. After hearing how excited I was about the car, the guy who details it before release worked double time and I was pumped to get the call that my car had miraculously been finished early and was ready for pickup. The trade in, the purchase, and the paperwork were all a breeze through the website. It almost feels weird because it is so much easier than regular dealerships. If you wanted you could be in and out in 20 minutes. If you are interested in a Tesla, take the jump. The people at these dealerships are there to help you and are excited about the products they have.

They sent me instructions so that when I arrived, I just in my new car and left. The car quality is second to none. It took me all of about 3 blocks to realize how spoiled you can be as a driver. Buy a Tesla. You won't regret it.

Jim is always a pleasure to work with. The service techs are fantastic. I have yet to be disappointed in any of my visits!

Was in for a collision estimate (got a deer). Friendly staff and a comfortable showroom. Estimate completed quickly.
