    Beth is super supportive--and fun!--to race with. Wish I lived in MN 'cause the group workouts she organizes sound fun, too! Also love the work she does through Triple Threat Endurance giving back to the triathlon community and mentoring other women into the sport!

    Beth is a great coach. laid back, and impressive. I was getting back into running/biking/swimming when I trained with her, she's a great support, and strong resource not just for triathlons. She cares about her clients, and has a sense of humor.

    Our experience to this point with Beth has been excellent. She has been great at designing our workouts and when we spoke, listened to our time concerns. We would absolutely recommend her for sure.

    Just returned from another awesome Brick (bike and run) workout with Beth. These are an awesome way to stay in shape over the Minnesota winter. I'm excited to see how it helps my triathlons this year! Beth is great, whether you are a beginner or have been doing events for a while. She takes time to learn your goals and help you get there.
