I have recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Daja W. from the Roseville branch when I was trying to purchase a new car. Not only did I have so many questions that she answered back over email (my preferred communication choice) almost immediately. She also checked in on me the days I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I truly felt that she went above and beyond to recognize the stress I was under while continuing to offer the guidance I needed. I have been with Genisys for over 10 years now. I have always been happy with what I have done but my interactions with Daja have really made me feel even more grateful to work with them.

I had a wonderful experience with your Loan Officer, Richard Powell. He got me approved for my loan online in probably less than an hour, or so it felt like! With the pandemic going on, I didn't expect to hear back so soon and was willing to wait patiently to get approved. Richard exceeded my expectations and communicated everything to me thoroughly.
