Bonfe's Auto Service & Body Repair

Bonfe's is great. They are professional, their service is friendly and their work is excellent. I doubt anyone usually becomes a body shop customer because they want to, but instead because something bad has happened, so it was very helpful to work with a shop that took off a lot of the stress. My job required a lot of work and took a very long time but Matthew would call regularly with updates so I always knew  progress was being made, that I had not been forgotten, and that the reason it took a while was because they were making sure it was done right. When I got my previously smashed up looking car back, it looked as good as new.

You normally can't ask for anything more, but they went above and beyond about a week ago when I went in with an unrelated issue that my  dealership had tried to fix and failed. I only went in to Bonfe's for an estimate, but they took a look at it, assured me it was minor and an easy fix and took care of it on the spot.

I should add that my original reason for going there was an accident that caused mechanical damage as well as body work, but when I got the car back it worked perfectly and now, months later, it still runs great, so I know from experience their on-site mechanical service is just as good as their body shop. I recommend them highly.
