I started working out at TTFF because I was sick of fighting for equipment in a busy, big-box gym. I have been extremely satisfied with the variety of equipment, from free weights to machines to resistance bands. I also love how the gym has 3 distinct areas for exercise (4, if including the smaller front room), so members are never on top of each other. I am able to complete my workouts efficiently, as I never have to wait for equipment! If you're looking for a small, quiet gym with a welcoming staff, I highly suggest checking out TTFF!

I used to primarily workout at LA Fitness, and switched to TTFF because it's quieter, cleaner, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They have all of the equipment I need, and I enjoy working out more due to the atmosphere. I also use their personal training services, and it has made a huge difference in my overall strength and well-being.

Amazing gym! Friendly welcoming atmosphere! Love working out with Sarah she is amazing as a trainer! If your looking for a comfortable place to work out you found the spot!
