I recently worked with Shon, who was friendly, good conversationalist, and willing to help me in anyway possible. I spent almost 6 hours at the verizon in novi just before and had gotten no where with my broken phone, including very unfriendly staff. That unfortunately made me leave feeling like I as a person did not matter. Shon was able to help me in 1 hr time. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a brand new phone. I’ve gone to this verizon for years and since moving I tried a new location. After second try there I found myself driving 40 mins and that drive was well worth it. The staff has always been great. Not to mention, I may regret this but they always have a good stock at the store so I do not have to wait and order a phone. Highly recommended. Shon thank you for the wonderful service!!!”

“I have two family members that are currently at the Highland Chateau, I’m happy that they are in a safe environment where both of them are receiving physical therapy, I ask them every time I go how they have been treated and they tell me they are treated good, and as long as both of them are telling me the same thing I am happy to keep them here, however if I am ever told that they are not treated good I will have zero hesitation putting both of them with another provider , but I am happy this is not the case and that this facility does care for old people and they do treat them with respect - thank you.”
