Everyone is warm and friendly, and Dr. Wang did an outstanding job with my daughter's teeth (which we had many special issues... tongue thrust, implant, crazy time frame). “....And I loved Dr. Kazaglis. He was instrumental in my diagnosis, treatment and recovery with my sleep disorder from early spring through the fall of 2019. I found him to be very thorough. He asked questions to make sure I understood. I never felt uncomfortable around him. He has an exceptional educational background and clinic experience. I respected him as my physician. I am a patient. I do not work in the healthcare industry nor am I related to anyone at the Sleep Clinic. It is a very quiet and convenient location. Dr. Kazaglis has moved his practice to Cleveland, Ohio. I'll adapt to the new MDs but I appreciated having had him as my physician. One bad review should not be hanging over this sleep clinic. (One previous bad reviewer has only left negative reviews.)”

“Very friendly staff, the lady who took my caribou drink order was very detailed, attentive, and asked questions to verify my order. Another lady was there to help to make sure the order was correct. I needed to pick up a work call on my phone and they allowed me to do so with my mask on and I was fine with not drinking my beverage until I leave the store. Store is clean and organized. “After seeing all of the negative reviews of this place I was prepared for the worst with no positive expectations. However, my experience was somewhat different. I waited for about 15 minutes after arriving to when my exam started. It went quite smooth. There's nothing stellar about this location, but I don't think my experience was out of the ordinary in any direction. I may have been lucky or whatever. I don't know. Anyway, I found nothing particularly wrong other than the lack of medical exam rooms here.”

“I just wanted to clarify a previous review. Six days ago there was a review written by someone who used my name "Ashley Zukowski" but that was not me. This is my actual profile and I do not consent to the review left by the other person. I don't know why they used my name or where they got it from but I just wanted to address it. There are still many elderly folks living hear but they are kind people and I would never judge the age or any other factors of people who live in my building. The building is not outdated, I've lived in places before that were not nearly as nice. Yes it has safety measures still in place from when it was a senior living facility, but I don't understand what is wrong with that. I am very happy that this place has safety measures in place for people of all ages and who may face different disabilities (something that you don't find at many apartment complexes). In no way can I see this place being "creepy" or "sketchy". It is a very nice apartment complex with a diverse population of tenants, mostly comprised of families, seniors, and quiet young adults. I agree that pet rent is a thing that shouldn't exist (though I do understand pet deposits), but this isn't a critique of Phalen Shores but rather a ridiculous system that that has been in place all through St.Paul/Minneapolis and most other major cities in the U.S for a long time. Unfortunately I cannot reply to their review but if they see this, please do not use my name again. Thank you.”
