“Drove 14 hours and spent 500$ just on lodging to visit this place for 2 days; because my daughter has been a fan of their videos for years and years! We went Saturday and Sunday both days open to close, 8 hours each day. She got to meet almost every animal celebrity she's been watching and spend the whole day with them to watch how they change behaviors through the day/night, and watch some feedings. She also got to meet Emily and Ed both days and it was truly incredible! Emily has always been her number 1 role model and this was literally a dream come true since we live so many states away. The staff were incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, funny and so patient with all the children♥️. Thank you all for this experience and I wish you all the best of luck! We got to experience 6 tours in the 2 days, learned so so much, and got to pet more animals than I could count. 10$ a day for this experience was SUCH an amazing deal! We also got to meet so many other families that traveled very far like we did and were visiting for the first time, like us. We also wondered around the store a dozen times watching all those animals as well, talking about the different habitats and shopping the gift shop items.”

“Wow. All I can say is Wow. I have had numerous occasion to use the Art Preserve over the years but hadn't been in lately. I recently needed a frame for my mothers funeral in a hurry and Erin was so accommodating and kind. We were able to display the picture collage and received many compliments. The pricing was also very reasonable. As an added bonus the Art Preserve also has many other beautiful items for home decor and gifts. I can't wait to shop there in the future.”

“I am not sure why there a bad reviews on google. From the tour to moving in, the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. Erin in the business office was awesome to deal with. She went over all my lease paperwork step by step. They're always there to answer my questions. If I report a maintenance issue, they are here the next business day and potentially the same day if it isn't too late in the day. My apartment got all new flooring before I moved in. I feel safe in the parking lot. It is quiet and clean place to live.”
