I recently worked with Shon, who was friendly, good conversationalist, and willing to help me in anyway possible. I spent almost 6 hours at the verizon in novi just before and had gotten no where with my broken phone, including very unfriendly staff. That unfortunately made me leave feeling like I as a person did not matter. Shon was able to help me in 1 hr time. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a brand new phone. I’ve gone to this verizon for years and since moving I tried a new location. After second try there I found myself driving 40 mins and that drive was well worth it. The staff has always been great. Not to mention, I may regret this but they always have a good stock at the store so I do not have to wait and order a phone. Highly recommended. Shon thank you for the wonderful service!!!”

We had our three daughters there from the ages of 3-6 and everyday we had a story to hear about the songs, the sand, the art and the caring, funny teachers. From day one, my somewhat anxious daughters were welcome with open arms by the amazing team of teachers and community educators that they bring in. The end of the year Art Show demonstrated all the amazing art, education and fun they participated in all year! They have lifelong friends from that time and we try to visit every art show to remind us of the time there. Above all that, Crocus Hill Preschool helped teach our children to ask questions, be confidant and always make time to play. As two of them enter middle school, they are excited to meet new people and are not afraid to say "Hi, I am me and I love writing- what do you love to do?" “Storm damage peeps...Preisler is a great local company! They did our roof and siding a few years back. Very accommodating. Very professional. Very good at what they do. They care about their work. For example, they were nearly complete with one side of the house when I noticed a dent in one of the siding layers which, of course, was in the middle of the wall. The installer looked at my concern and agreed. The crew proceeded to remove all siding to replace the "not perfect" piece!! What a company! Not many great companies like this left.”
