The sales staff member I worked with listened to me and my wishes and gave suggestions accordingly. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to upsell me on items I didn't want or added fee based services that are unnecessary (experiences in other stores right now). Today the delivery folks were quick, efficient, and kind, it was all over before I realized it. The only reason I have it at 4 instead of 5 is the experience with some of the more junior members of staff. Like the Ashley's next door, some of the more junior floor sales staff need a little more experience with customer service and their ability to read the signs of customers as they shop. I had been in to Furniture Mart a number of times in a small span of time and the people I speak of were a little heavy with the pressure and hovering a bit too much to be helpful instead of their lingering presence.”

As I was filing a claim with my insurer, and they were still on the phone, the doorbell rang with a Highmark principal, quickly followed an hour later by a 5 person demolition crew that began the project. Every night, the work area was cleaned, and Lee and Eric (fuz) two of their managers were continually checking with us as the project progressed to insure our satisfaction.
