(June 19, 2018, 10:01 am)So hear is the deal... This place is not new and never will be so don't expect it to be. With that being said it is pretty darn awesome! The lake is literally out your back door and they have a very nice floating dock to swim and enjoy the lake from. Residents are all very nice and friendly and feels like a safe place for kids to be around. I have two kids that love the water and we are able to enjoy the lake as if we spent 500K on a lake home but we did not. The management company has been very good to work with also. They do have a towing policy so if you do not have permit park in the visitor parking or you will get towed. I did have an indecent when we first moved here when we did not know this policy but Kelly helped us out and made everything right and made a very positive out of a negative situation. She has been awesome! Five stars all the way for Kelly! Long story short I would recommend North shore to anyone that enjoys the lake and wants to live on the water but does not have the budget to buy a lake house. Our unit even has a stream to look over from our balcony, the kids enjoy watching the ducks and fish. This is a very cool place and don't think there are many apartments that will allow this type of access to the lake like the way North shore is set up. You can even keep a canoe or kayak on the property if you have one. Highly recommend North shore apartments to people like us that can't get enough of the lake life.
