Paffy's Pest Control

I have used paffy"s for the last 2 years. Plan on using them this year also to continue to deal with my carpenter ants in one of my trees. Also going to hire them to take care of my mole problems in my yard. Very easy company to work with never had any issues.

We feel so lucky to have found Paffy's Pest Control. Donald was wonderful to work with and we will continue to work with them in the future when we need some wasp nests cleared outside of our home. 5/5 recommend!

Carpenter Ants no more!

We have been in our St. Paul home for 7 years, and we have never had any kind of insect infestation in any of our previous domiciles. In March of 2020 we found multiple carpenter ants in the heart of our kitchen. They were 1/2 to 1 inch long, black, increasingly numerous, and entirely unwanted. We tried to address the ants on our own with indoor and outdoor traps and bleach. We killed a lot of ants, but they just kept coming into our home.

This was the first time we had to contact a pest control company, and I was a bit hesitant to do so given the costs and varying types of feedback left for a variety of providers. Paffy's had fewer reviews, but they were consistently more positive than many other services. I contacted them, described our situation, and the ants we observed. The person that received my call was reluctant to believe they were carpenter ants (which is not surprising as I am not a professional and customers don't always research their situation before calling professionals), but I told them I had captured 2 ants to show a potential exterminator what we had been seeing.

An appointment was scheduled within a few days, and they came out and sprayed the exterior of the house. The exterminator wore a mask (thank you!), maintained social distancing, answered all of our questions, and they completed their work promptly. He explained how the chemical worked, how long it could take to see an effect, what the ants were attracted to (food, access points, where they live), and they noted a follow-up appointment was recommended/likely needed.

Within days of the application we saw a profound decrease in ants. A few stragglers remained, and by the time the follow-up appointment was honored we had not seen another living ant in the preceding week. After the second application we have not seen another carpenter in our home.

Call Paffy's Pest Control if you have a carpenter ant infestation!
I cannot attest to their abilities with other insects, but it seems highly probable that they will do quality work whatever your situation.

Exterminators are not cheap, but their price was fair/competitive and they achieved positive results promptly. I wish I had called sooner and had not tried to solve the problem on my own. Some things are worth their expense, and the peace of mind we found after hiring Paffy's was worth every penny.

Seen one of there vehicles in my neighborhood and figured I’d give them a call considering my building has had an on going mice problem and no other company’s could seem to get them to go away! Called Paffys and they got out to me the next day and gave me a very reasonable price and took care of me! Will definitely call again if I need there services!
