High Rise Flooring

This is my second time working with High Rise Flooring and found both times satisfying. Carpet layers were professional and very responsible for providing a good job. Nice to have an installer in our area to call upon for quality work.

Luke with high rise installed carpet in our Master bedroom last year and we have been very happy with it. So when we decided it was time to replace all the carpet in our lower level we contacted Luke again. I gave him a basic idea of what I wanted and he brought sample boards to my house and measured everything up. My husband made our selection that night and Luke had a quote to us the next day. We so appreciate working someone who is efficient and responsive and gives personal service. We needed to have the lower level painted before the carpet could be installed and Luke was great with getting everything ordered and on his install schedule to meet our timeline. The installation crew were on time, professional, quick, and pleasant. And the end result is beautiful. We love our new grey, soft, Berber carpet that high rise flooring installed for us. I already gave Luke the heads up about replacing our laminate flooring after Christmas.
