Ryan is very knowledgeable about the market, responsive to any questions I had, and was very friendly to work with. He shared a lot of information that I found useful at showings and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process by checking in with me (before, during and after I closed on a home). Ryan was able to quickly adjust to meet my preferences while also helping me adjust my expectations as someone who is a first time home buyer and mostly unfamiliar with the market.

My husband and I had very short notice of where we were going to be moving for my new job. Within minutes of finding out where we were moving, we gave Ryan a call and he had a few houses lined up for us to see within a couple of hours! The housing market was rough for buyers at the time, we lost a couple of offers. But Ryan worked his magic and was able to schedule us THREE showings hours before other buyers had the chance to compete with us. We were able to get an accepted offer that way, and we couldn't be happier with the house we now call home. Ryan is great to work with, he is realistic, very knowledgeable in his profession, and a great advocate for his clients. He proved to be patient- we ran into long, unexpected delays when buying a home during a pandemic. It was also very convenient he is credentialed to work in MN and WI, too. We will be moving in a couple of years and definitely plan on working with Ryan again!

I've worked with Ryan now on 2 home sales and have been very pleased. He's professional and listens attentively to your goals. He's great about providing salient facts in or to make a smart decision, but always is respectful of the decision you make. We had some challenging situations we had to overcome in the last sale and he worked patiently on finding a solution. Highly recommend.
