We engaged Anne and her team a year or so before we were ready to sell. Her stager, Terry, was so nice and gave us some practical suggestions to prepare our home for selling. We started working on our "list" but were pleasantly surprised when Anne, through her vast network, sold our house before it even went on the market. Yup, you read that right. We had 2 offers and never listed our house.

When it came to closing, however, we did have a few complications (e.g., rent backs, open insurance claims, the holidays) that made our situation less than simple. But, Anne managed to make sure the deal got done, and everyone was happy.
