I treated my business with Tom, one of the owner of the company. Very few people still exist in this world where personal integrity, respect accountability and conscience are the values that shape the framework of conducting business. Well you have it in Tom. He took care of my daughter’s concerns and handled the situation professionally. If you need a used car go to Keystone and ask for Tom.

Tom was very helpful when I was buying my car after I had totaled my other car, he was willing to negotiate the price he was willing to sell the car for knowing that I was short on money, and in the middle of the current rise in prices of used cars right now. Although after a month of owning the car I had problems with the engine, I knew that I was going to have engine problems because of the age of my car and the amount of miles that were already on the car, thankfully Tom was willing to help me with my engine problems, while any other used car dealership would say that it was for me to deal with. Tom even loaned me one of his cars for me to drive so I could get too and from work while he was fixing my car.
I would completely recommend Keystone Auto Sales to anyone that needs a used car, for a decent price, with excellent customer service.

Being a frequent used car buyer, I can say Tom and Corey are wonderful! I will never go anywhere else. They delivered fair prices, and even negotiated during a price surge for vehicles. Not only am I grateful to have found the car but to find genuine people who want to give the best service they can. Tom even mentioned bringing the car back if anything happened in the following weeks and he would get it tep repaired for free. I contacted Walser Bloomington Toyota, and they would not even negotiate on pricing for a 2WD version of this vehicle with only 3,000 miles less. I just called at 10pm to just make sure my plates hasn’t been delivered yet and they answered. Disregard any previous owners, Tom and his staff go the mile. My husbands next car will be from this company as long as Tom is the owner!

Best place to buy a used car. Very honest people to work with. Treated you like family. We told them the amount we could afford for the car including license and taxes. They came down to our price and threw in a new battery. The are redecorating the bathroom and office. Things look great. They serve coffee, water and pop. If you are a female and are apprehensive of purchasing a used car this is the place to shop. They will treat you fairly and you will get a reliable car. I give them a 10 out 10 rating.
