“Honestly, I get tired of seeing so many bad reviews about The Urgency Room. My family has always had positive experiences here and in Eagan. After being quoted a 4 hour wait elsewhere, I chose to drive across town and go here to pay out-of-network. I’m glad they offer mobile registration and text message notifications so you can wait in your car during busy times. I certainly don’t want to be surrounded by 20+ people coughing their lungs up. Triage was quick, the nurse promptly swabbed for various viruses, the Doctor showed up to ask more questions and offer a quick eval while awaiting test results. Once they knew what was going on, they administered meds on the spot. Even giving a few options. Anywhere else you go, you are sent away with a script to wait again for meds. Unlike many other ‘urgent care’ facilities, they seem to scale their care better when times get very busy. Positive experience end-to-end, despite there being so many people sick right now. Be kind to our healthcare workers. Times are excruciatingly busy and challenging for them 24/7.”

“I booked an appointment for cryo at US Cryotherapy after I broke my foot and was dealing with a lot of pain. I had never done cryo before but it was such a great experience. The whole body chamber was tough at first but after it was over my whole body felt refreshed. And then a really nice guy did a spot treatment on my left foot and that really helped a lot. Overall I was very happy with the service level I received and it definitely is helping my pain management. I'll certainly be going back for more!”

“I learned of Restore when Perry, one of the founders, visited my workplace to talk about the company and provide free trial services. He was a man show showed a passion for what he did, and I was intrigued, so I visited to test the Biophotomodulation service. The entire experience was wonderful, from the service provided by staff, to the waiting room with massage chairs, down to the PBM service itself. I was extremely impressed and left feeling very relaxed and calm. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering such services.”

“I have been employed on and off by Hometown for several years. My capacity is that of a consultant for quality presentation of the homes that Hometown offers. I am a Design Consultant. With that comes a lot of work in the physical home/s that are being updated or built. Along the way I have met employees, nurses, house managers, residents and have observed first hand the kind of care they offer to their residents & their families. The ownership has always been concerned and diligent about making sure their residents are treated with a compassion and level of care that is far above the norm. The residents are treated with respect & love. The staff is hired with those same principals in mind. Over the period of times I have been in homes where residents are already living I have been able to observe first hand the type of care that is given. I also know that if an employee is not meeting that same level of care that is expected the management and owners will work with the employee to help them improve. Sometimes that doesn't work out as the owners would like and they have to let an employee go because the care of the residents are the top priority. I have seen residents overall health improve once they came to live at Hometown. That level of care doesn't come from a company that is not concerned for those that have been interested to them by their families to care for. It DOES come from compassionate, loving, diligent and careful care to not only physical needs but also emotional, spiritual and mental needs! I have also seen the the owners over several years bring their own children in to help build the relationship and well being of their residents. The children would 'play' with the residents and often built up relationships that improved the overall well being of the residents. Bottom line, this company not only has the physical needs of the residents at the top of their priorities but also their entire being. Their emotional, mental and spiritual welfare is a core reason for even opening up Hometown. In my opinion they have done an incredible job of just that! There is no way that so many people would have their loved ones in one of Hometowns facilities if they did not live up to what they offer. They often have waiting lists for incoming residents!”

“Was there today for a CT and had a great experience. I'm super claustrophobic even in open MRI and CT machines. The technician was very kind and helpful, and attentive to little things that made all the difference. I also had reason to interact with medical records to get my results sent to the right clinic, and also found them super helpful. They were able to send images immediately to the right health system. Will absolutely use Rayus and this location again.”
