“I engaged MGHC for 2 shifts of home health care services after a surgery. I met with the owner and the nursing staff a few weeks prior to the procedure and they were extremely professional and responsive to my concerns. When surgery day arrived, the MGHC aide and nursing staff member arrived on time and were very kind and competent. A different aide was assigned on day #2, and she likewise was punctual and very helpful. I have only praise for MGHC and will use them again if the need arises.”

“I had back to back visits at this location and both times, under the care of hygienist, Jana, surpassed my expectations! I have super sensitive teeth and quite frankly dread dentist appointments, Jana was very empathetic to this and gave me my first totally pain-free cleaning (thank you Jana!) More importantly, my kids (3 and 5) had appointments as well and she was so patient and fun with them! The kids had their stuffed animals with and Jana took the time to oblige when monkey needed sunglasses or kitty needed her teeth counted. These are the little things that make a difference for kids' experiences at places that can be scary for them. Thank you Jana for going the extra mile! Also, Mariah at the front desk is always friendly and super efficient. They make a great team.”

On average the staff and physicians are excellent. I have had a handful of providers that were only good... not too exciting. “I took my 6 yr old son to see Dr. Bugaiski yesterday. My son has ADHD, some anxiety and receptive language delays. Dr. Bugaiski was kind, professional, fun and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get my son to focus and do multiple tests. He was recommended by my OT as being one of the best at assessment and vision therapy. I forgot to mention patient. He was very patient with my high energy, curious and sweet boy. Highly recommend!”
