“UPDATE: I raised the stars as I was now refunded my deposit and application fee, which is more than I asked for, although I do not know I they changed their policy for refunds upon choosing not to lease. Make sure you find out specifically what fees are non-refundable. Initial review: The staff who showed me the property were nice and informative. However, my plans changed after I had submitted my application and was unable to move there. I can understand them keeping the admin fee and the fee for the background check, but not refunding me the security deposit is just wrong. And senseless. I asked the person who showed me the property how one gets their security deposit back and her response was, "After a lease is up, we inspect the unit and if there's no damage, the security deposit is refunded." Me-"Well I didn't do any damage so can I have my security deposit back?" Her-"No. We can't do that." Highway robbery. Don't rent here. They also raised their rates significantly since the fall of 2021 and there is no rent control in Lake Elmo.”

“I have been a resident for 7 years. The 'new' property manager (she has actually been here several years) has resulted in a 100% improvement in maintenance resolution times, as well as eliminating the need for return trips to repair a reported problem. The office staff are always cordial and willing to provide assistance when I visit the office. I have also watched a complete turnaround in the upkeep of the property from parking lot repairs to building painting and roofing replacement to landscaping. Again, they have become very responsive to all of my requests and concerns and show a genuine interest in the living environment of their residents.”

I picked out several dresses I liked and then she brought me others based on what I liked! She helped me accessories as I tried on so that I could see a complete look and be sure that was the one. She didn't pressure me to buy that day and was happy to do it again with my top two so I could bring my bridesmaids back. My dress came in super quick too! “I took my furry love in for a bath, tooth brushing and nail grind this weekend and when I picked her up, she looked and smelled HEAVENLY. My pup is usually pretty nervous and shy around strangers but she just LOVED her groomer Ariel. Even got excited and ran up to her when she saw her in the parking lot! Ariel did an amazing job and made quite the impression on both of us! We'll definitely be coming back :) :) :)”
