Nobody can fix the account balance and nobody will call me back. Good luck to anyone that needs to talk to a human being. I was able to resolve my issue today with the help of Ben so I improved my rating to 4 stars. He assured me that management is working on improving customer service and I would rent from Public Storage again if I need a storage unit. I appreciate them fixing the problem right away when it got to the right person.”
