Neurofocusedtherapy

I had suffered from high anxiety & mild depression my entire life, and in the last several years had been in constant low back pain. I tried yoga, counseling, EMDR, diet changes, reading tons of self-help books and meditation. Every one of those things helped a little bit. After just a few sessions of neurofeedback I felt lighter, less agitated, and like I had a little spring in my step. Every week I noticed positive improvement, in ways I didn't even know I could improve at 40!! I have completed my training, and now LIVE in a peaceful state! I am joyful, hopeful, and feel like I have a new lease on life! I do not live in pain in my lower back anymore! WHAT!? I didn't even know when I started that neurofeedback would help with PAIN! I am able to bend, and twist, & go on long walks again!! I am so grateful for Kirsten's guidance, patience, kindness & talent, I would HIGHLY recommend her services! She gave me my life back!
