We used Elizabeth to get a home mortgage. All I have to say is positive things about her and Bankwest. She was very knowledgeable in giving us all our options and patient as I was usually a little pokey in getting her the correct documents. Elizabeth, you sure made the process easy! Thank you!!

We have a few savings accounts and a safety deposit box here. We have always had great luck with getting in to the box. My daughter really likes to bring her piggy bank money here and they count it and deposit it in her savings account. They are all friendly and helpful.

The best story I have is when I was thinking about refinancing my home. My wife and I sat with a mortgage officer and went over 2-3 situations on what we could do. We all decided the best action was to wait until we had a bit more equity in our home before we refinance it. This really shows me that they care about their customers and aren't out to just make money.

Nice little bank. Staff never seem to be in a hurry. On two occasions I've shown up 5 minutes before closing and didn't leave for 30-45 minutes.
