They did a really nice job, buffed out a scratch on the back that drove me crazy, got the hard water spots off my side mirrors, cleaned the carpets, even got in between the seats and center compartments! At the end of the service, they provided a list of findings on the car. I appreciated the fact that they separated the items into "due for mileage" and "downright broken". I also appreciated the fact that they let me know of their opinion which items were critical vs. more for convenience/comfort. I had the option to fix some of the items myself, and decided to leave a couple of items for them in the future. “I want to give a huge thanks to these guys for replacing my alternator. I don't know if there's a way to tell if an alternator is going bad, but apparently, the battery light came on this morning. I made it to work and before I came home, the light was still on. O'reilly tested it and confirmed that the alternator was dead and they recommended that I take it to P M V because Tires Plus would charge more. These people are life savers. They got my alternator replaced, I think, within 2 hours. Compared to a lot of other places that I've been to, I would have to drop it off even if it's something minor. So a huge thanks to these guys. I don't know, but if Toyota had a way to find out if the alternator was going bad, I wish they would have told me. Again, I'm very grateful to P M V. As someone stated, they have awesome service with a fair price. This is a place that I highly recommend.”

“Overall excellent experience, my sales rep. Andrew, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, was a pleasure. My only issue, the 2019 JCW (9600 miles), pulls to the left. It's not tracking to the left, it actually pulls. I've put 1000 miles on it, so I'm 100% confident with my conclusion. I feel this should've been remedied before delivery. I take partial blame, because I drove a white one (same year and miles), and it didn't have this issue. Had many things on my mind while purchasing, and didn't complete my usual test drive and inspection. I figured it has plenty of warranty left, any issues should be covered. The dealership did agree to a free alignment, I decided to wait til' my new all seasons were installed, so I'm making the appointment soon. Love the JCW!”
