“A while ago I used this facility for a small repair and was extremely pleased. Today I had my vehicle in for a number of items which were due at 130,000 miles. They provided and estimate indicating the work that would be done. There was a discrepancy on the bill when I arrived to pick my vehicle up but it was resolved quickly and professionally. “Had beautiful Shaw carpet, Color Statement II, installed on 2 levels of our house through Floor Coverings International and Matt S worked with us and was wonderful throughout the whole process. Matt was professional and knowledgeable and patiently listened to our concerns and carefully guided us in choosing the right color, carpet brand, and carpet quality. He made several trips to our house with different samples for us to consider. The carpet was installed on the exact dates promised. The installers were amazing workers. They did a beautiful job stretching the carpet; there is absolutely no rippling or buckling and the finishing all around the perimeters are outstanding. They vacuumed all the floors at the end and swept up the garage as well, where they had stored the discarded and new carpet and pad. We did, however, have great concerns about a seam that was placed 6" in front of two doorways instead of straight under them, and also some other seams that were showing too much to our liking, and shared this with Matt. He arranged for a seam specialist to come right away, and after this specialist worked his magic, one could only see the seams when actively looking for them. Due to our unhappiness about the "misplaced" seams, Matt worked with us and adjusted the final cost so we would come away from the total experience as satisfied and happy customers. The important lesson learned here is to ask questions ahead of installation where the seams will go, and anything else one might wonder about; I will certainly ask for a drawing of the layout next time so there will be no surprises after all is said and done. But I'm trustful that will not need to happen any time soon. Thank you, Matt and your team, for all your hard and excellent work. We love our new carpet!”
