“This shop is the BEST! I've used them twice now, and both times they have proven to be honest and transparent, more than competitively priced and very professional. In both instances, I had first taken my car to the dealer and was told (1) they couldn't fix the problem and (2) gave me a laundry list of items that "needed repairs" estimating over $4,500. In the first instance, NSPA found and fixed the problem (at a very reasonable price) and in the second instance they gave me an honest second opinion about what needed to be done and what didn''t and their price tag was just over $400!!! Unless you have warranty work, I will not be bringing my vehicles to the dealer. These guys are great.”

“It's a junkyard. They know their inventory fairly well but not always where you'll find the car you're looking for. Prices are reasonable. I needed a part that they had to pull, they pulled in a couple hours as promised. Not the easiest place to find - I did not see any signs for it from the main road - and it was exceptionally muddy the day I was there. I seemed to have parked right between cars that were being picked apart which was a little odd too.”
