“I love it here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. It feels like home. They're queer friendly and inclusive and are part of the More Light Presbyterians. They have disability parking, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and accessible restrooms. The restrooms are also gender neutral! They have a food shelf and fresh vegetables in the summer from their gardens! There are a lot of cool missions that the church is a part of, which is amazing. There's also an art gallery inside and they do different art shows throughout the year! So many things to love about this place.”

“Addison did a wonderful job with everything. She greeted me at the rehearsal, gave a beautiful handkerchief to use during the ceremony (which I definitely used) and she ran the rehearsal so well and made it very easy. There were no issues on the day of and I really was able to relax. The grounds were beautiful and we got great photos. We did the indoor ceremony and the chapel was so pretty that we didn't really need much floral decor or an aisle runner. People were in awe of how wonderful and beautiful the grounds were.”

If you want a confessional Lutheran church with scheduled times for weekly private confession and holy absolution, etc. this church is not for you. This is not authentic Lutheranism, this is Pietism, if you are looking for pietistic “Lutheranism” that is more Evangelical than actually Lutheran, then this church just maybe for you. It is not really all that Lutheran, it is Pietism, which is not authentic Lutheranism.”

“Our family started going to Grace Evangelical Free Church in the late '60's. Back then it was a small church. However we watched it grow. The original building was torn down in 2000. Now there is the huge sanctuary plus a smaller sanctuary that was made into the youth group place. Back in 1991 I became the church's first full time maintenance and Janitor fellow. I worked for Grace about 21 years. I still have lots of friends that go there. God wanted me to move on. Which I did in 2012.”
