“The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because of how often police come flying in there questioning people, sometimes guns drawn. I'm not sure if that makes this location more safe or more dangerous but I try to avoid it when possible. On a plus side, the over night clerks are top notch. Fast, friendly service. Mostly clean except the occasional messy parking lot which can't really be cleaned at night due to staffing. It's nice to have a place to get food and gas up in the middle of the night for those of us who don't have credit cards and often are paying with whatever change we have left for the week. “Got a COVID vaccine here, and let me tell you what happened. I walk in and was helped right away. Very clear instructions, smooth process. Friendly and competent staff. As I’m waiting the 15 minutes you’re supposed to wait post shot, an older gentlemen started kind of sliding sideways off his chair. Still conscious and everything, but sliding. I looked around and didn’t see the person who came with him, so I asked if I could touch his shoulder to help him sit up. I did so, but he started sliding again. Immediately the young pharm tech came out and started talking with the guy and gently helped him to stay upright. The other staff and another shopper started looking for the lady he came in with. When the lady returned, everybody calmly went back to what they were doing. I really hope that management at this site realize how great Danny the pharm tech, the skillful staff member who administered my shot, and the friendly lady at the cash register are. Shoutout to these kind folks who treat people with dignity and compassion despite a challenging and likely thankless job in these tough times.”
