She has worked with me with her genuine care and compassion, helping me find the right medications that help keep me successful, this includes getting rid of prescriptions that others had put me on. She is a great listener and does not ever TALK AT YOU and send you on your way in 5 minutes. I’ve had MANY other psychiatrists in the past and none of them could ever compare to the care that she provides for me. As wonderful as Jean is, the entire staff is top rate and very helpful. You are not a number!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! I want to add that while everyone is entitled to their own opinions obviously, I don’t understand the negative reviews of this place except to maybe consider that this is the mental health field. I would give them a 10 if I could.”

“I have been to the office probably 2-3 times over the years. Convenient hours and location. The reports are finished and to your doctor in a very reasonable amount of time. No long stressful waits for results. The staff are all friendly and explain things clearly. In terms of convenience, especially before I retired, it is easy to find (directly across from Abbott/WestHealth) and it is in a cul de sac with it's own parking. NEVER FULL! That is probably because of efficient scheduling with brief wait times, if any at all. (Lovely waiting area, but don't settle in because you won't be there long.) Can't say enough good things about them, My doctor said you can choose your radiologist. Do yourself a favor and pick Medical Diagnostic Imaging Center of Plymouth (may be listed as branch of Minneapolis Radiology).”
