Update: didn’t realize the “protection plan” was extra $$. About $50 per piece of the sectional which increased the price $250. We were in a rush to buy (just moved, old sofa didn’t fit) but it would have been nice to have been told specifically that the protection plan was extra. We were made to feel that it was included in the price. Anyway, still an overall good experience and love the sofa.”

When the pandemic hit, I was working from home and had chairs from Office Depot that caused some form of Sciatica (I'm not a doctor so I can't be sure). At one point I couldn't even sleep because I was in so much pain. Jim was the only one in the area who answered my call (I called many other stores before this), treated me like I was the only customer there and this was probably the best customer experience I've had in my lifetime— for only two chairs. “We bought a lake place on Lake Johanna and the built in double oven was not working. Because the kitchen cabinets were custom, it was going to be a very precise project. However, all new ovens were larger than the space provided for. Kevin and Sumner homes worked with us and their team partners to provide a plan to put a full oven in another part of the kitchen and then build a cabinet for a microwave and wine cooler where the oven was. The whole project required creativity, remodeling expertise, much electrical work,etc. Kevin was great to work with and Sumner Homes team was excellent. Follow-up was great...glitches addressed quickly and it all turned out perfect! We love the new look and it is now so much more functional kitchen! We will refer them anytime and will contract with them on any of our vacation home project in the future!”

“When I purchased a used harp recently, it had a red paint scuff mark on one area. This was distracting, and should not be on this lovely, and expensive instrument. I stopped by the store and Juan C. was very eager to offer advice on how to remove this red mark without getting to aggressive with the finish on my wonderful new harp. I went home and tried out his suggestion, and to my delight, it worked, and the finished on the harp was not effected. It is good to know that professional help is right near.
