“Beautiful park with lots to do. Walk across the damn and feel the mist from the water, great on a hot summer day. Nice playground for kids, shelters, bathrooms, trails, picnic tables and other amenities. Saw many people fishing as well. Water below the damn was shallow enough to wade and there were plenty of skipping stones.”

The exterior looks stunning great curb appeal, buildings are maintained and the common areas are cleaned. A lot of the apartments are on the smaller size but they are nice & cozy. The original hardwood flooring in my living room is fantastic! Maintenance are quick to come out and resolve any issues you may have. TVC keep up the phenomenal work you are doing!”

There are many swampy areas throughout and a few small streams, more after big rainfalls. A great place to explore, search, and identify. There have been many types of fungi found.
